Required Forms for the 2023-2024 School Year.

The following forms need to be printed and returned to the school office no later than August 25, 2023. You may also return forms by emailing them to mailbox@stastmschool.org for grades Pre-K to 5 and tkradas@stastmschool.org for grades 6 to 8.

• Student Image Permission Form - Grades Pre-K to 8

• West Hartford Transportation Form - For West Hartford Residents Only. Please return the completed form to the West Hartford Transportation Office by July 5, 2023.

Handbook

Our updated family handbook is now available. We request that you review it carefully with your child(ren), then sign and return the acknowledgment form.
