We are Still Accepting Applications for the 2023-2024 School Year!

While several of our classes are full with waiting lists, we are still accepting applications for others - and, we will accept applications for our waiting list. Please email all applications to: admissions@stastmschool.org

Apply to St. Thomas & St. Timothy School

Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at St. Thomas & St. Timothy School. Grounded in our commitment to academic excellence and Catholic Social Teaching, we guide children to become compassionate and ethical citizens who contribute to a more just and peaceful world. We invite you to become more familiar with our school through our open houses, student shadow days, tours, and website, as you investigate the academic choices for your child. We welcome students of any race, gender, or national origin to apply. We continue rolling admissions until each class is full. All pre-kindergarten applicants must be completely potty-trained and independent in the bathroom prior to acceptance.

Admissions Process

A complete application file includes the following components:

• St. Thomas & St. Timothy School Application. Applications must be filled out completely, including the parent and student responses.

• St. Thomas & St. Timothy School Record Release (applicable form Grades K-8). Complete the form and send it to your child’s current school. A copy should be sent to St. Thomas & St. Timothy School as well.

• A copy of your child’s current school records, including the final report card (applicable form Grades K-8).

• Special education and support services documents. Supporting documentation must be included with the application.

• Baptismal certificate if he/she is Catholic.

• Birth certificate.

• Most recent health assessment.

• A non-refundable application fee of $75.00 must accompany the application. Checks should be made payable to St. Thomas & St. Timothy School.

When the above items are received, you will be contacted to arrange for a personal interview with you and your child, as well as a classroom visit and academic screening. Thank you for your interest in St. Thomas & St. Timothy School!

Entry Age Requirements

Beginning January 1, 2024, St. Thomas & St. Timothy School will require that:

• Students entering Pre-K 3 turn three-years-old before September 1st of that school year

• Students entering Pre-K 4 turn four-years-old before September 1st of that school year

• Students entering kindergarten turn five-years-old before September 1st of that school year
